Technology Infrastructure. Engineered for Scale.

Integrated Low Current and ICT solutions for complex infrastructure, enterprise facilities, and connected environments across Saudi Arabia.

Seven systems. One accountable frame.

Evotec's portfolio is organised into seven interconnected capability pillars, delivered by one coordinated team. Select a domain to see the environments it serves and the systems it works with.

Solutions are selected and configured according to project specifications, operational requirements, system interfaces, applicable approvals and lifecycle considerations.

All services

Many disciplines. One delivery framework.

A connected facility is not seven separate contracts. Evotec coordinates the technical disciplines, vendors and stakeholders behind each system so that every interface is planned, approved, tested and handed over together.

All seven layers shown. Select a layer to switch it off, or hover to isolate it.

Illustrative scene, not a real site

A clear path from scope to support.

Each stage is governed by defined responsibilities, approvals, documentation and acceptance requirements appropriate to the project. Major activities proceed only after the applicable reviews and approvals are complete.

Our delivery methodology
  1. 01

    Project Initiation & Scope Validation

We validate the contract scope, specifications, BOQ, programme, interfaces, exclusions and deliverables, then establish the project execution, responsibility and communication plans.

  2. 02

    Technical Solution Development

We translate approved requirements into a coordinated technical solution covering system architecture, product selection, shop drawings, calculations and integration.

  3. 03

    Submittals & Approvals

We prepare and track material submittals, shop drawings, compliance documents, method statements and other required deliverables through the applicable approval process.

  4. 04

    Procurement & Mobilisation

We source approved equipment and materials, monitor lead times, coordinate logistics and storage, and mobilise the resources required for site execution.

  5. 05

    Installation, Integration & Configuration

We install, configure and integrate systems in accordance with approved documents, project quality controls and HSE requirements, while coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces.

  6. 06

    Testing, Commissioning & Handover

We inspect, test and commission the systems, close outstanding items, train users and submit the required as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test records and warranties.

  7. 07

    Warranty & Lifecycle Support

We provide warranty support and corrective assistance, with preventive maintenance and longer-term service arrangements available according to project requirements.

Quality, safety and governance, documented at every stage.

Quality is planned into every stage of delivery, not inspected only at completion.

  • Requirements & Compliance

Specifications, BOQs, drawings, interfaces, applicable standards and acceptance criteria are reviewed and clarified before execution.

  • Approved Materials & Documentation

Materials and equipment are checked against approved submittals, and work proceeds using the latest approved technical documents.

  • Controlled Execution

Activities are performed under appropriate technical supervision using defined procedures, checklists and project-specific quality controls.

  • Inspection & Testing

Materials, installations and completed systems are inspected and tested at defined stages, with results documented and outstanding items tracked to closure.

  • Non-Conformance & Corrective Action

Deviations are recorded, assessed, corrected and verified, with root causes reviewed where necessary to prevent recurrence.

  • Documented Handover & Improvement

Quality records, test results, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and warranties are compiled for handover, while lessons learned inform future delivery.
